Dear Residents of
District 11,
THANK YOU. It’s been an honor to serve as your County Legislator and it’s an honor I am thrilled to continue doing. I’ve always believed in giving back to the community that shaped me, and I am committed to working tirelessly to address the key issues we face in our beautiful Auburn area.
Growing up on Madison Avenue in the middle of this District, I learned the values of giving back, helping others, commitment, and teamwork. These principles have guided not only my personal life but also my businesses and my public service. As a co-founder of CNY Sports Management, I’ve helped young people play the sports they love while instilling the values of commitment and teamwork. Furthermore, I’ve established the Minority Professional Association to support minority entrepreneurs in starting their businesses. My journey has shown me that good guidance and mentorship can make a world of difference.
My businesses, The Muldrow Group and CNY Drug and Alcohol Testing are built on the foundation of listening to our customers and understanding their needs. This commitment to listening and understanding will be the cornerstone of my representation in the County Legislature. Your concerns are my concerns, and I pledge to bring them to the right parties and fight for the best interests of our community.
In my time representing you, I have worked hard to build relationships with both city and county officials, urging them to collaborate for our common good. The challenges facing District 11, and Auburn as a whole, are not isolated issues but shared responsibilities. We must protect Owasco Lake, our vital water source and recreation center. We need to ensure that our senior citizens enjoy the quality of life they deserve, foster the growth of good-paying jobs, strengthen the partnership between our County Sheriff’s Department and the City Police for safer neighborhoods, and promote mutual respect among landlords, tenants, and neighbors. These tasks often require bridging divides and finding common ground, something I excel in.
My family, especially my partner Bernice Muldrow, has been my source of strength and refuge. Together, we have dedicated ourselves to the betterment of our community, and we are proud to call Auburn our home.
As your County Legislator, my focus remains on the economic prosperity of Auburn, addressing the issues of crime, ensuring safe drinking water, and the development of Emerson Park. These are not just campaign promises; they are the issues I have been working on, and I am determined to see them through.

Cayuga Drug & Alcohol Testing offers collections for DOT and non-DOT urine drug screenings, oral fluid drug screenings, hair drug screenings, background checks, and DNA tests. We also have trained and certified collectors to conduct both DOT and non-DOT breath alcohol tests.

He created CNY Sports to provide a parent-friendly league that puts the importance on sportsmanship and education over winning. Kids are taught lessons inside and outside of the game that help them succeed in life. We are focused on providing sports programs and opportunities from ages 7 through high school but also offer programs outside these age groups.
